Finger pain on fast rocky descents.

Recently I've been having problems with finger pain on both hands with the middle, ring, and pinky fingers. On fast descents that are real bumpy and rocky these fingers start to hurt (my index finger stays on the brake levers and never has this issue). It's not a numbness, it's an uncomfortable feeling that grows after only 10-15 secs of descending. The longer i descend the worse it gets.

I don't grip the bar for dear life, I usually have my hands quite loose on the bar. I use fox full finger gloves, but they have minimal padding. I'm using ODI ruffian grips.

Oh, if it's any help, I'm riding a Soma Groove (steel hardtail) with a Rockshox Recon 351 (set at 135mm).

Any suggestions?
