Which bike is best for the money?

http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/moto…
http://www.performancebike.com/bikes/Pro…

i thought they were very similar except the derailleurs and brakes. the moto has remote lockout also which i really like. the only thing i dont get in on the moto it says 100mm w/ easy conversion. what is this conversion?

im open to other suggestions i just dont want to top $950

Fuji welds the Performance Access frames. Top shelf welds. Very clean. I would go with Performance because they have such an awesome warranty. They stand behind their own house brand products.
