American Classic 26 disc
So the local bike shop near my new house has a few guys that race for it and they are sponsored by american classic wheels. When i was in there getting a BB for my single speed i was talking to him about wheels and he said he could get me a new set of american classic 26 disc for about $600. seeing as i do not have a job yet i will probably buy a cheap set of wheels first just so i can ride then possibly save up for these, what do you think? if you have any experience with them or know anything about them. I held one of his 29 inch wheels and was blown away by the weight. LIIIIIIIIGGGHHHHTTT.

can you elaborate on the cheap hubs? from what i have read and seen they redesigned them within the past couple of years from the ones that used to fail often.
