not having much experience with many tires i never know how big to go on the size. The smaller ones are a bit faster i would think but less grip? is the speed/weight factor enough to run 1.95 instead of 2.2?

Hey, ive got a pair of nevegals 2.1 i think they are great! Awsome grip and they look cool also. Though probably Kenda should make them lighter, beacuse for going downhill thats no problem, but for going uphill, weight is very important and make my bike very heavy!

My 2.5 Nevs go uphill pretty well. I think the condition of my engine may be a more limiting factor than my tires ;).

That's the case with all of us. Heck man, my 2.7 / 2.5 Nev setup was fast...I just couldn't push 'em:lol:

Yes do. I have some M-word tires on the XC hardtail that really should be changed before the summer races. It would help to know if these are going to be the ones or not.
