How bout you post something in suggestions, maybe giving IB the chance to either explain or fix it. New looks are good, the old one was well..old. Bikeforums was in need of a little facelift.

Looks like RideMonkey without the squished-frog green.

well since i posted that when i refreshed the page the topics showed up in little boxes like old, so i don't really have any complaints now. The colors are a little hard on the eyes but that's ok.

Give it time and the admin will get it all dialed in. I use Vbulletin on my website and there is a lot to do on the backend of things when it comes to a forum.

I've been on forums before that have changed. It messes with your head for a few days to a week, but by then you forget what the old site even used to look like. Give it some time for your brain to get used to it and for the bugs to be worked out. An option to change the skins would be nice. Too much white.

Looks good. Very clean. New layout takes some getting used to though. Took a couple of seconds for me to figure out which topics had new posts and how to get to the last page from the topic list.

Works great at home, but last night at work it sucked. Looks like it was the way it fit onto the monitor. Probably means I should be working harder rather than playing on the net.

The "go advanced" option for replies - no longer works for me. The formating of the screen is too wide and the formating buttions are missing.

Everything looks oversized and 'horsey' here. I think the display settings are 100% width rather than a fixed pixel-width. Rather annoying. And 'Quick Reply' is anything but. Everything loading way slow . . . and we have razzoo fiber-optic, nitrous-supercharged top-fuel WAN here at work. I'm afraid of what it's gonna do at home.

I used ad block plus to hide all the goofy looking envelope icons to the side and to remove the space they occupied, also blocked the gradient that made the grey and blue bars fade in and out. Looks like a better version of the old forum now meaning fresh look with out the **** that was making my eyes hurt.

Firefox btw.

Face lift? More like plastic surgery gone array. This was a solution to a problem that did not exist. Change the colors to something dark..black or dark blue and size everything down...just too hard on the eyes with little contrast.

When I hit "reply to thread", I get a super long reply box. By super long, I mean it would take me all day to use the little arrow to get to the end.

Also, the "reply to thread" button seems to quote the last post.

Have you reported it in the thread that was started near the bottom of the forum?

I am sure they would also love to know what browser you are using.
