MX Jerseys
I'm having a hard time finding long sleeve mountain bike jerseys. I like to wear long sleeves in case I crash so I save my skin. Is there much difference between a MX and a mountain bike jersey? Fox Racing only has one long sleeve jersey https://bit.ly/4tmtvK the bomber, but they have many many more MX jerseys, and alot of them are reasonably priced. Does anyone out there have any of Fox's MX gear? What do you think of it, and is it OK for mountain biking?

im pretty sure there isnt to much of a difference, but maybe they are a little thicker or have some extra padding. best would be to find someone that knows or try some on.

Reason I ask is because I'm doing my shopping online, and I don't want to make a $50 mistake. Thanks for the replies though.

Cheaper and often more comfortable.
Very effective, unless you are trying to reduce wind drag

...another idea, Walmart has longsleve jersey type shirts(see sig) that work great for about 15 bucks.

Only thing extra MX jerseys have usually is a longer tail than the front to stay tucked inside MX pants (downhillers are Bohemians and don't tuck anything in - - slobs) and there is some minimalist padding stitched into the elbows. That's all. Oh, and big-ass graphics that scream the brand, so you can pay $50 to advertise them. I used to hate that until I was getting something to wear those big-ass logos
