Buying a seat bag

I currently have a Serfas Slimline seatbag that I had been using on my road bike, but I have to put a Bento Box on my mountain bike to carry a spare tube. So, I need a slightly larger bag to put a mtb tube in place of the road tube.

Here's what I need to carry in it.
- Pedros ICM tool
- Mountain bike tube
- 2 CO2 cartridges and 1 inflator head
- Glueless patch kit
- Flat items: tire boot, ID, cash
- Keys

I'd also like it to be as thin as possible, especially at the front, because my narrow hips make my massive thighs rub the seatbag and wear my shorts too fast. I prefer to be able to get these from Performance or a local shop. Any suggestions?

Planet Bike Med.(I think) seat bag: Park Tools I-beam, tube, 2 CO2, flat kit, tire iron
Fits under my 130 mm seat no rubbing.
You could probably stuff the other things in there too.

Thanks. I'll see if I can find that somewhere.
