Vintage 29er/700c Frames from the 90's who made them?

Title askes it all, who made 9er/700c mountain bikes back in the 90's. I know there was a thread on here not too long ago about the same question but I can't locate it now.

Diamond Back and Bianchi were two. Just about every maker had a line of hybrid bikes with 700c wheels and varying amounts of tire clearance.
