Don't know if this is the correct place to ask, but do anyone know any good online bike shops in Holland? Preferably on English, but that is not crucial.

Do you mean one which will ship to you? Because I don't know if any of the following do that. But if you visit in person, you may be able to claim back a portion of the sales tax when you leave the EU again.
