I have a hunch the Large would be the right fit for you. That being said, how does the XL feel when you ride it?

No. My bike is smaller. What you should have gotten was a rigid, steel, single speed 29er.

Another one for the "Hey I just bought this; NOW I'll ask important questions" file.

You and I are similar size so without seeing the fit I would think maybe you got a frame one size too big. But then again, maybe you did not if other things come into play. Each persons torso is different in size; arm length; leg length; so in effect, you may have the right size. Did you get fitted by your lbs?

I reconsidered. You have the right size.

I exchanged the bike for a smaller frame, (Mongoose Amasa Comp) much better fit, much more comfortable.
