wondering price
im not selling this on here just wondering the value im thinkin bout selling to fund another project and not sure on what to set it at. im gonna sell locally on CL. the frame is a 97 its got a no name forks, decore hubs and older shimano drivetrain. and i know price differs from area to area just wondering what i should ballpark it at

What kind of frame does it have? Looks like a pretty nice bike, especially to be 13 years old.

I am just guessing at no name components other than Deore hubs and older Shimano parts and 13 years old in great shape as yours..............hmmmm, $200 ballpark.

its a trek 8000 i think it used to be a slx but that just denotes oe equipment the frame is crazy lite its just too small a frame for me

thats about what i was thinking i wanna go more cause the wheels are only a month old but i know how it goes with trying to recoop costs everything other than the forks a brand name just old well cept the bars and stem but those only cost 25bucks new

It is a nice looking bike that hardly looks ridden. But the market being what it is the price of bikes drop so dramatically from year to year. Maybe ask $300 then come down a bit from there. That way you won't scare to many would be buyers off. Good luck.
