Rockshox Pilot C (missing Part ?)

Hello Every One,
I Have A Trek 4900(disc) W/rockshox Pilot C Forks. I Went To Rebuild Them A Few Days Ago And Notice Only One Black Bushing On Upper Stanchion, At Bottom. Note: Bushing Is Two Parts, One Sides In Upper Stanchion Tube And Sticks Out Bottom. The There Part "click" Over First Part And Holds It In Place. Push Rods From Bottom Lowers Go Thru Bushing). Bushing Is Only On Spring Side. I Think There Should Be The Same Part On Damping Side (leg). I Don't See How Damping Unit Can Work W/out It. If You Have Any Info, Please Let Me Know. Also Let Me Know What Part Are Call....

Thanks,
Greg

Well I Called Rockshox (scam) Today, And Finally Spoke To Someone About My Problem. The Guy
I Talk To Told Me The Damping System On My Fork Doesn't Do Anything! And Changing To A Different Weight Oil Will Not Change Rebound. The Funniest Thing He Said Was........what Do You Expect For 160 Dollars! I Still Don't Under Stand Why Any Company Would Add Oil And Something That Looks Like A Damping Unit, And Not Have It Work! Yeah I Know These Are Entry Level Forks, But Come On!
