When that creaking noise is driving you insane

My Giant Anthem X4 (new from this year) has a creaking noise (like a metal on metal noise) that I only hear when I'm climbing AND the right pedal is in front.

So far I've disassembled, cleaned, greased, and reassembled:
- the front chainrings
- the crankarm screws (hollowtech II)
- the pedal axles
- all of the suspension link bolts, but not the rear shock bolts (top or bottom)

When I get off the bike and push down on it, I can't hear the creaking noise. Or when I'm standing on it and pushing down to activate the rear shock, I can't hear it.

Have I missing anything?

Here are my guesses in order:
1. The contact points where your saddle rails are clamped on
2. Cleats/shoes
3. Bottom bracket
4. Headset

Noises like this are tricky because the sound travels through the frame and may not be actually coming from the area where you think it is.
