You stand for a prolonged period of time on your bike without the bike moving

Would it be easier to track stand with a low center of gravity or a higher one? I have been practicing with different settings on my bike. I find that i can balance longer when the front end is compressed and shorter.
Once i get the track stand down, I am gonna work on the pivot.

Working on track stands still, the longest I've EVER held one was 30 seconds and it was pure luck.
