Anyone using the new 'X-Drive' crank/BB's?

RaceFace X-drive is spec'd on the '05 Kula I'm waiting for delivery on (next Thur; don't snow yet, please!). I hear they are excellent; light and tight.

I'm guessing you decided on the Kula. Oh the next requirement is PICS.

I have heard of problems with the crank becoming loose. But really I haven't seen any issues those are strictly speculation and e-talk.

I did. Pics and a review will follow receipt and a thorough work-out on the trails.

Well (as the saying goes), 'One thing's for certain; we'll all find out!' and I'll let you know.

Kona rep said they were getting great feedback on them. Any specific models that seemed to be going loose? Or, just the RF X's, in general?
