Im stoked about the Bike. I am concerned abot Sram x7 shifters and crank. I love Sram road and currently own Red and Rival on two Bikes. Iv'e never road on Sram mountain stuff. Im an school mountain bike and habbits are hard to break. Anyone think Im crazy for dumping 2011 Sram for Xt components?

No. I think it is hard to go outside our comfort areas. I have built up quite a few bikes for personal use and always even with options kept going back to Shimano componetry. Call me crazy. I think they make great stuff (SRAM) that is, but I just like Shimano stuff so well I have had no reason to venture beyond the fence.
That said...............on my mountain bike build I just did I did venture way out for me. RaceFace crank; SRAM cassette; Crank Brothers pedals; Hayes brakes; well you get the idea. Gotta say...................very happy with the end result. But did use Deore shifters and derailleurs!
Now, would I still have Shimano, yes. I just wanted to expand my ability to build something other than a Shimano equipped bike.

I think (my opinion only) that you will find X7 stuff crisp and just fine. They have further refined all of the X line so much that X7 is basically the same as my older X9, which I think is the schizz. I have older X7 on my trail bike (a trickle down from my old DH bike) and even it is still performing well after about 4 seasons of abuse.
