Can somebody identify this brake for me?

Just found this in a box of old stuff I bought at a swap and was kinda intrigued by it. Anyone recognize it?

I have the model a step down from those, Avid Arch Rival 50 on my commuter. IMHO, one of the better V-brakes out there.
