I've decided for my next bike i'm going to build up a bike with the components I want. I really don't like how I bought the Haro now all I wanna do is replace stuff because its not what I want on my bike.

So I've decided i'm going to save and save for a year or so and spend it on the components I want. Thinking all the new '06 stuff. So in a year or so. Hopefully i'll get a job.

Maybe by then i'll know what i really want. I'll just have to give DH racing a try. If I don't like it, freeriding it is.

Hey man, youre what, 16? why dont you get a job now? Not full time, but weekends. Rake leaves and snowblow driveways. You live in NH, that'll keep you busy through winter.

[Edit] Oh yea, and if you try DH racing, tell me what you think. I want to try that as well.

I'm 15, and getting a job about the local ski mountain this winter. Then i'll be 16 this spring so I can get a good summer job. Hopefully.

I dunno about a give away list...

I'll let ya know six6one. This season is over obviously. I will hopefully be participating in as many as I can next season. I'll let you know. Ask DjRider04. A friend of mine whos been racing *correct me if i'm wrong* a little over a year. He could let you know.

Wow, never heard an outside reference to Bersheer Ice! I used to snowboard there when I was at NMH.

Yeah that mountian kind of blows. Last year there was a huge pile of snow right at the intersection of 3 trails, near the top of the main lift. Some snowboarders shot around the turn and tried to hit it. They didn't see the ice. One of them got 9ft. of air, literelly, and accidently inverted. he landed on his neck. I was sick to my stomache and I couldnt get that image out of my mind for a month.

You guys are really lucky. But I dont think teaching people would be fun for me. I want to be the snowcat driver.....Hell yea. Oh well, I guess I have to blow snow again this year. My snowblower is awesome though. 11 hp, the ultimate snowboard jump builder.

Yeah man, that would be awesome. As of right now I only have 2 other friends that freeride. 1 of them snapped his tailbone playing hockey though. He's out for the rest of the season. You should give me your AIM screen name. Im still trying to get an account. I have a new computer though, it should finally be able to.

I know what you mean about always wanting to upgrade stuff but everyone always wants to do SOMETHING to their bike to make it better. Unless you're super rich.

And if you dont like DH racing, you can still ride DH but just not race it.
