well im not sure if you mean wheelset or rim. I guess you can replace the rim but will need to rebuild the wheel all together, you know if its only a slight bend it can be fixed. But anyways go to JensonUSA or some other bike retailer with a good selection, then look at the rims and go to https://www.mtbr.com and look at the reviews.

My bad I should have posted wheelset not rim, but yes I'm talking about wheelset. But this bend isnt able to be fixed I dont think cause both sides of the tire almost hit the inside part of my frame. I mean its still rideable but I dont really wanna ride on it while its bent for too long.

Wheelset is two wheels with rims, spokes, hubs. You only trashed one rim. Buy a rim and rebuild the wheel (use existing hub) or get it rebuilt. Most will replace spokes at the same time, but I always re-use the same spokes unless they've got chewed up by chain slipping behind largest cog or they are cheap (not DT or wheelsmith) spokes.

Well I wanna get new wheelsets cause my back spokes got extremely loose after about a week of riding (not even any hardcore stuff either), and got them tightend by my brother cause he knows a good amount about bikes, and they were perfectly fine then I hit a jump messed up a tiny bit and ate it and my rim was bent and that was about a week and a half 2 weeks of riding and I just might as well get complete new rims and I'll use the stock front for a spare, and they hubs need to have disc mounts (or how ever you want to say it). So does anybody have any suggestions for rims that could take a real beating?

By the way thanks Phantom, and another question.. would the axle fit a Marzocchi MZ Comp fork, and I'm guessing he suggested them because I can mount a disc on it? If any one would happen to know this awnser I would appreciate it.

Everyone around here keeps suggesting XT Disc hubs + Sun RhynoLite rims. They're available @ Pricepoint for like $120. Sounds like a great deal to me. I'm actually considering upgrading to those if I ever trash the ones I have. Mine are some cheezy Joy Tech hubs on Sun DitchWitch rims.

Ive got the Sun Rhynolite wheelset with the shimano hubs, ive destroyed the wheelset. I was looking into a set i saw on Jensonusa.com. They are xt hubs built on singletracks. for 150 they looked really nice. Im going to be getting an azonic outlaw set soon, never going to break those things.

the rhynolite xl's are a bit stronger than the normal rhyno lites. the singletracks are the disc specific version of the xl's.

if you really want heavy duty rims and aren't too concerned with weight, get doubletracks or doublewides... or even the intense mag30s - although i'm not sure how much those would cost.

there are also a few mavic rims that would be good. but they might be more costly than the suns.

Well my front fork can only take a 12mm axle and if you are to know of/ come across any good/ decent wheels sets that have a front and rear 12mm axle I would appreciate it very much if you posted it.

You can also pick up a pair of Sun-Ringle singletrack wheels. They're basically pre-built with a Sun rim & hub, spokes and all. The singletracks say they're for Disc-specific downhill, 4-cross, and freeriding.. They're probably a bit over your budget, though. go to www.sun-ringle.com and look at their wheelsets. They actually have quite a few.
I'm looking at the Disc-o-tek set myself

Yeah... the Disc-o-tek is $350 MSRP. I think one of the others is under $300, but that's still more than you wanted to spend. Perhaps the XT/RhynoLite XL might do the trick?

the XT front hub is a 9mm steel axle. I guess that's one of its downfalls, but most people seem to say they're pretty reliable. I've heard some reports about Ringle hubs having issues with the rear hubs and their engagement pawls stripping out.

WBT makes some good stuff. If you use disc brakes, get their SpeedDisc set of wheels. I sometimes see them in various spots online for about $180-200 a set.

Or if you use v-braes, their dual-duty rims no the SpeedDisc hub is another offering they do, allowing to use either brake type in that wheelset. I'm not sure if they are in your price range though.
