Buying custom frame guide

So I'm looking to pick up another frame to start building, and this guy emailed me... I have no idea what to look for in a "custom" frame. I'm goin over to ride it before he breaks it down, but what do i need to look for?

the email: It's an aluminum, fully TIG welded, full suspension custom frame I picked up from a friend. I think it's an 18" or so. I'm 5' 11" and it fits me nice. This thing rides so plush - an absolute trail killer. Very light for a full suspension. Only reason I'm selling is because I'm swapping to a hardtail for more road riding. It comes with a DNM rear shock(there's a shock boot over it in the pictures), and I can throw in the brakes, rear wheelset, and both 7-speed Shimano derailleurs and Sram shifters if you're interested. $100 and it's all yours. Let me know. Pictures attached.

Maybe the pics will work... Nope. I may be able to post some later today.

Got pics... And it looks like a balls-heavy Wal-Goose from what I can tell. An off-chance that I'm wrong?
