Brake Upgrade Suggestions

I am looking to upgrade the BB5's on my Rockhopper to something a little better. Of the 3 below, which would you pick?

Avid BB7's
Formula ORO K18's
Magura Louise

Thanks.

I am forever having to adjust them, which whilst using the card method is pretty easy, it is a pain having to do it. Plus, I am a big guy at 200LB so want something with a bit more stopping power.

I'd get the formula... reviews seems solid... BB7 is still mechanical and just has more adjustments I believe

The Avid Code 5 2010 are good with 185mm that you can get for 100.
I got them the other day and I'm 17st and the stopping power is good.
