How much is this custom build worth? ditec cam 1.1 xc hardtail

Hi,
An owner at the LBS is selling me a new custom xc build rig with:

- 2009 Ditec Cam 1.1 Evo Carbon Fiber Hardtail frame
- 2010 Rockshox revelation RLT Dual Air 120mm adjustable
- Truvativ Noir Riser Team Carbon Handlebar
- Truvativ Stylo Team World Cup 100mm stem
- 2010 Shimano xt crankset , bottom bracket, cassette , chain. (3x9)
- 2010 Shimano xt Shifters
- 2010 Shimano xt front and rear deraillieurs
- Carbon Fiber seatpost (dunno brand)
- FSA carbon fiber orbit-IS headset
- 2011 Fulcrum Red Metal 5 wheelset
- Sunline lockon grips
- WTB Vigo team carbon saddle
- Crank Bros eggbeater 1 pedals
- Shimano xt hydraulic disc brake set F & R

Just wanted to know, how much would you pay 4 this rig...
Thanks in advance, any suggestions before buy etc... I already rode it in some trails and handles very good.
Also dunno weight, I think it weights 20-25lbs with this setup, what you think?

Spanish brand, huh? Concave profile downtube - - fascinating; looks like a pretty well-designed frame. Might be hard-pressed to find anyone here familiar with them, though.

Yeah, its a spanish frame. He wants 2.5 for the whole bike. My budget is 3k max. Im comparing to other bikes and these seems to be a good deal, but dunno what you guys think...

Its a really well built frame, very pretty too, quality-wise.. The frame alone new is worth 1.2k in my country(panama), they sell it for 900 euros in europe.
