Need advice/suggestions

Ok I have had my Kona Coiler dee-lux since 2006. I have beaten the crap out of it and have done a ton of downhill with this bike and it has been bullet proof since then. I am in the military and have moved from California to here in northern Colorado. I noticed the trails here are all cross country. I went to a local bike shop and they showed me a 29er trek bike, looked nice but no way in hell could I afford 3500 dollars right now. My bike way back when was an awesome deal, but now it's too heavy to consider.

So I looked online and bought parts and pieces to lighten this beast up and get it ready for some XC type trails. I know I probably won't be able to get it below 30 pounds without spending some heavy cash but I installed an xt crank, xt front and rear brakes, XTR cog, and I also bought some new rims Stans ZTR crest wheel set.

I want to replace my front forks Cause it has way more travel than what I need. This is the last piece of the puzzle to complete my conversion. So far I spent 850 dollars, I don't want to spend more than 600 dollars on my fork. I narrowed it down to 3 different set of shocks..here are the 3 I narrowed it down to, I am open to any other suggestions.

Fox 32 F120 RL Fork '11

Fox 32 Float 140 RLC Fork '11

Rockshox Sektor RL Coil U-Turn Fork '11

All 3 are within my price range and seem to be much lighter than what I have now. Any help or suggestions would be great!

Cool deal, I figured fox would be a wise choice.

I did see another shock, 2010 Fox 32 F-Series Fit RLC Mtb Fork 120 1.5 - 1-1/8, seems just as nice as the 2011 model. Kinda wondering what's the difference between the fox 32 f120 rl fork and the 2010 model. Seem very close in weight and have the same amount of travel.
