Help Choosing a Bike

I want to start doing some trail riding this summer. Right now I'm deciding between these two bikes:

https://www.specialized.com/us/en/bc/...d=10Rockhopper

https://www.cannondale.com/bikes/moun...ail-sl-2-16875

What do you guys think?

Thanks.

I like the look of the cannondale better than the specialized. But I have never had a problem with my specialized and they stand behind their products. Are you sure you dont want a 29er ?? lol So my vote is for the specialized I trust them more than cannondale, In my opinion.

Do you guys think fork and other component wise these bikes are very similar in terms for getting into trails?

I think the blue cannondale is sexy.
