Shimano Press Fit 10 speed crank and 9 speed external cup compatibility question

Hoping someone can help me. i'm looking at a larger frame and am conisdering transferring my newly purchased 9 speed XTR group set to a newer model bike that has 10 Speed XT. The BB on the new bike has pressfit bearings and the BB on my old bike has external cups. Can I switch the cranksets easily without swapping BB components? Basically I just want to use the 9 speed XTR stuff I just purchased on the new frame and take the 10 speed XT and sell it with my older/smaller frame.

Does anyone have any input and also if you have any experience from 9 speed XTR to 10 speed XT and whether its worth swapping I'd appreciate it. I haven't used the new 10 speed stuff, but my 9 speed XTR is freaking awesome so and practically brand new so I can't really see the point in swapping to XT.....unless someone convinces me otherwise.
