Made the biggest mistake today

A couple days ago, I read an add and someone was selling a 04 DJ3 for 200 bucks Canadian. But this fork was different. It had Z150 lowers and Z150 internals. Only had DJ3 uppers. This fork was completely new so I sprung at it rigth away.

Well I got it today and it turns out the steerer is a bit shorter then what I expected. I forgot to ask how long the steerer was.

Lesson learned.

thats sucks. Shouldn't cost to much to get a new one pressed...

if it isn't tooo bad you could buy a low stack height stem.

Ill hafta look into that. Will I have to send it back to get it pressed? How much am I looking around?

Wish I could buy a lower stack height stem but i am almost off by 30- 40mm without spacers

Turns out I was acutally short. BOOOOOO

For sure I am up for a ride. Must get a new stem first. Stripped the bolt on my blockhead DH. Had to use a power drill and hacksaw to get it off. Ill post pics of the carnage.
