Courtright Reservoir Mountain Biking.

Recently went to the best place ever for Mountain Biking on stone. It's a place called Courtright Reservoir in the Sierra's. It offers hills made of stone that are in the shape of Hershey Kisses. You can actually 4 wheel in this place too since the rock is so smooth without very steep grades. Be ready for roughing it since it is in the middle of no where.

The camping there is very beautiful and you will appreciate everything it has too offer.

What? No click to a file or pictures, film or anything, not even Youtube? This is suspicious! Could be a FRED.

Then again this link shows Mountain Biking, but NO LINK! Who is in charge of the local government? This looks like a great place.

this is my first official act as a MOD-Can I get some love?

Courtrigh

Well if you can get up there the place is spectacular and insane. So insane that I broke my camera the first day. I did snap a few picks when we got there that are similar to the ones you have. The closest town is a couple hours away next to Shaver Lake.

If you have a jeep handy they will allow you to take the jeep onto the rock and you can 4 wheel anywhere you want to go. The rock is smooth and the there are some insane drops for mountain biking. You are basically on top of the world.

We made our own trail down to another reservior called Washoe Reservoir where there is a road so you can be picked up if you don't want to ride back up and get eaten by a bear.
