Um, not hating on Diamondbacks but I had one and I still do. I regret buying the bike I mean the thing broke and the cables frayed but that is just my perspective on db's. Anotherwords they are inadequite for any true biker's needs.

When it Rayin's, it pours....

The Dude's good, what can I say?

(just hope he saved all that as a *.txt file for future postings, huh?)

BTW. My very 1st official "Mtn.Bike" was a DB Accent EX, then I custom built a DB Axis TR. Both hardtails with front suspension forks. Damn good bikes. I think their quality dropped when they chose to go mass market.... Back in the early '90's (when I bought mine) they were only sold @ LBS's....

On the record of cheap quality, I am a diehard Giant fan. Every one of thier designs that I have used (above 300 or so) has been as much quality as the money can make. I ride a '92 Sedona cromo and an '01 XTC and love both.

YES.

Oh; maybe I should have looked at the link before making that conclusion, but figured since I saw "diamondback" in the link I didn't have to.

J/K

Oh, and Raiyn, I copied it myself! (thanks)
