North Star brand??

I've been scraping Craigslist for a used bike and came across this one for 60$. It needs a seat, but that's no problem for me. It looks decent enough....

But i've never heard of this brand North Star and i even did a Google search and couldn't find anything. Has anyone heard of it? Is it reliable?

I would say it's a department store bike and in no way would take much abuse offroad. I think you can do better.
