The Collective :)
I ordered the 'The Collective'] movie a couple weeks ago, and it just arrived today. I watched the movie, and then the special features, and I must say, great job on making it. The soundtrack is pretty cool, the cinematography is great, and the riding is awesome.
My favorite parts were the Trials part, with Ryan Leech, the Utah part, and the Hawaii one.
Anyone else seen this video? I think it's certainly worth the money, there are plenty of better reviews out there if you want to read more about it.

Mael is right... this is by far the best mtb-ing movie... it is not a collection of video clips like NWD or Kranked...it is all about riding... and for that i love it. (i have all of NWD and Kranked btw..).

My buddy borrowed my copy and the punk has yet to return it!
I put that DVD on "Shop Copy" or whatever in the menu and it's a repetitive loop.
If I'm puttering around the house, I do that and it plays in the background.
My favorite part is the introduction with the Celtic music playing!

I did do a search, didn't see any recent threads on the subject. Seems I need to get with 'the program', and buy stuff when it comes out

Sounds great, Mael! Let me know where to send my copy of The Collective and I'll let you know where to send all your other vid's (I think you mentioned one time you have 40+ or something?). Then I'll pick up another copy of The Collective. Thanks for the offer!

Hebrew,
I know it just came out I was at the world premier. And I don't think it is better. 3 was really pushing the sport (stunts and stuff that weren't being done by everyone), 5 is nothing special, come to whistler for a month and you will be able to see most things being done in that movie just by chilling for a beer at the GLC and riding up whislter and pemberton and the shore, or even head to the cali, most of the big stuff is common there too. There isn't much special in it. I just bought it and rewatched it. I think I gave it a 6 out 10 in my review here (maybe less actually) I might bump that to 7. It has decent home viewing power.

Thats my original review.
Ok cool madman. Didn't think you would, I tend to pirate anything but if a company deservees my coin I send it.
[edit]
I gave it a total of 10 out of 20. I split it because I hate the music soo much. That didn't change much. Total I would say it is a 7 and not a 5 but again nothing special.

We all (or many of us) agree 'The Collective' is the one to own. Recommendations for the #2 spot? I'll nominate NWD 4 - Ride the Lightening.

ok, I just watched my DVD, I don’t see what the fuss "best ever" is all about? Don't get me wrong, they are amazing and the film has nice scenery and soundtrack. I just don’t seem to feel too crazy about it... 38 minutes of film for 30 bucks is pretty expensive too(or am i cheap?)… Please don’t get offended, just speaking my mind
PS. I got one question though, are there films with such stuff but on HT bikes?
