    loose de-rallier?

When ever I do an endo alone or with a 180 degree turn my chain jumps off the front sproket, is there a obvious reason for this such as my chain derallier is too lose etc? any help would be appreciated

Too loose??? No idea what you mean by that, but it may be out of adjustment. Basically when you are in your innermost rear gear, and your smallest front chainring (also the innermost), your front derailleur cage should come within 1mm of the chain or even lightly rub it. It seems that chain stretch + gear wear also contributes to this problem.
