Ibis Sazabo

I have an Ibis Sazabo that I purchased many years ago. I think it was about 1990 or 91, because I got married in 92 and am positive I already had it then, but all the online stuff I read says that this bike didn't come around until 1995 or 1996.

I can't find a serial number on it. Does anyone know where the serial number would be on this bike? Any other Ideas on how to put an approxomate date on it?

I am not thinking of getting rid of it or anything, I am just trying to rewrite internet history.

It has a Rock Shock front fork and a Fox air shock for the sweet spot that I have yet to look over for serial numbers.

Thanks,
Mark

Don't be alarmed!

...I've seen that happen before on more than just a couple occasions!

The Szabo came out in '95, prototyped the year before. So you're definitely trying to rewrite history. Dunno why... Serial# should be stamped on the bottom bracket. Unless you got one 90 or 91...
