Suspension fork info

I'm looking to purchase this fork off of CL (scoop me if you must) and I need it to be V-brake compatible. I emailed the seller and he says it's disc only. Do my eyes deceive me or does this thing have post holes for V's

It'll take v-brakes, but you'll need these.
