Buying first bike, Specialized please help.

My first time buying a bike, this is the bike. Please tell me how much you think it is worth. I'm trading my 350$ dirt bike for it. I plan on using it for light mountain riding.

Its not worth $350. If has to lose more than $50 dollars in value in 4 yrs. I wouldnt pay more than $250 in my opinion.
