trouble with trial hopping

Does anyone know how to do good trial hopping???
And can someone tell me how to do a good bunny-hop, I can already but i need to know a way to get alot of air while doing it/

Doing a good bunny hop is more timing and a smooth transition of motion than strength.
I would compare it to doing a mat kip, in that the motion is wavelike and subtle.

However with power, you get up higher....Leech has a huge bunny hope, but watching him live is living representation of power and skill. He sure wouldnt side hop if he wasn't strong to do it.

That said. He got strong by practiciing
