I think that if you really want to win it, you shouldn't call attention to it in a mountain bike forum and invite someone to take it out from under you!

well.. this is the second time the guy posted the listing. i was watching it and the first time, it only had like a total of 7 bids. but it didnt meet his reserve price. after a few e-mails and such i found out the reseve price is 250, so i made a bid and w00t w00t!!! im just excited. i cant stand it. so since no one made any bids the first time, i figured no one would now. besides, its almost over

Yep... Solid bike Got a good price on it too! waiting for a new bike is the hardest bit, when you finally get it and take it on the first ride is the best!

Still kicking.
You also have to post pics as soon as they arrive.

They ride pretty good. I found a stolen one in the bushes and rode it an hr in the morning before taking to the police. Had an awful RST fork, but still came off as rideable.
Stiff, but moveable. Good straight bomber.

mine has a Marzocchi EXR Pro fork.. not sure what year it is or anything.. but for a grand total $295 and for what it came with, i thought it was an excellent buy. i had 400$ to spend and was going to get a Specialized Hardrock Sport, but now i saved about $100, and the frame and components are better, tho its used and it is a 2000 frame.. but hey!! i saved $100~!!

Even though it's a 2000 frame, there's nothing wrong with it that I can tell. The only thing I wonder.. does it have disc brake tabs?

haha lets hope so! with the 100$ i saved, after a two or 3 months and a couple of more paychecks (im a starving college student who works min wage and has to pay for books and stuff and have parents who arent very supportive of me biking) i might be able to afford to get disc brakes in the front, assuming its possible. ^_^

as long as your fork has disc tabs, you can put disc brakes on it. Should be on the bottom portion of the left fork leg. Two tabs with a hole in each sticking out towards the rear of the fork leg.
