How often do you ride a week on trails? Do not count days you commute when answering the poll. Any time on a road bike doesn't count either. Only off-road riding, dirt jumping, or urban riding for the sole purpose of urban assault. In other words, how often do you put your bike to use for what it was made for?

I usually ride at least 4 times a week (XC), usually 2 hours each outting. I almost never go for long rides.

P.S. If you don't ride in the winter, answer on the basis of your summer habits.

I don't ride on trails too often - mostly roads. I do trials practice and jumping most of the time.

I put that for the English. According to the Beatles, they have 8 days a week over there.

But I guess somewhere they have more than 8 days a week, so somebody needed to add another option to the poll.

I don't get a chance to ride very often in the winter, only once or twice a week normally. I went on three rides last week, because I was off work and had more free time, and I was at my parents' house which is closer to good trails. Living where I do (in a flat valley) makes it tougher to get to good places to ride, but hopefully I'll get more ridin g in this summer.

Averaging once a week now(stupid mud!), but I was riding 3-4 times a week. Straight XC, btw--well, what I consider XC, anyway. Just a couple jumps on DH's that I've first ridden up.
