Newbie advice: Jamis Ranger, Giant Boulder, or Raleigh M20?
Just looking to do some basic trial cruising and I've upgraded from looking at Department Store Bikes based on info I got here. So these are in my new range of 200-240 buckeroos. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

For the kind of riding your talking about you just need to find the one that fits you best.Any of the 3 will be fine.

Would probably suggest the Giant boulder, because i dont know much about Jamis because they are an American company...
The Giant has a good reputation, but you should go on which bike feels best for you, the componentry wont matter too much because by the sound of it you arent going to be giving it a massive beating...
Good call on upgrading to a better bike... you wont regret it PLus, if you do decide to progress, those bike will have a more solid frame to upgrade rather than a dept store bike

Considering the similarity of the candidates, ask youself which brand has the best feel and long term service. Not that it is a big concern, but Giant has a great reputation among my freinds for good customer relations.
