Shimano 4-pot compatible wheel rebuild

Here's the problem. My rear mavic hub has worn out, but the rim is fine. I want to rebuild it, but I'm running circa 2001 XT 4-pot discs. Here in NZ prices are steep, and I'm faced with this conundrum. I can buy a new XT hub along with the new rotor for less than the price of the old hub with the 6 bolt attachment, for my old rotor. Will the new 160mm rotors fit with the old brakes, or am I another victim of endless shimano upgrades. Any other suggestions.

Even though the rim is in good shape, you still have a lot of miles on it. I'd just go for a complete new wheel in lieu of building an almost 4 year old rim back up.

But, that's just Meeeeee!
