Does new front suspension forks move when locked?
I tested some old bike and when I locked the suspension fork it still moved about 1cm. Does the new models do that too or are they rock solid once locked?
My bike will have this fork: https://www.sram.com/rockshox/products/sid-rl

Yeah, my 2007 and 2011 Rebas do have about 1cm of travel when I lock them. they require more pressure to move that bit though.
If the forks take a really big hit while you have them locked out, they'll move all the way to avoid damaging the internals.
So basically the lockout is merely an "extra extra extra stiff" setting.
