FSA Pig. cheap, not too much of a tank, and burly. did i mention cheap for what you get? i'll likely outlast the frame, if you install it well, and take care of it.

Well, when i had to use that type of headset i was very fond of Cane creek S-2. I think for what you get its a fantastic product, you do have to check for water because it can rust.

Depends on the cane creek, I'm using one and it's holding up nicely.

I killed my S-2 in about 4 months. Destroyed the bottom cartridge bearing.

If you can't get that, FSA Pig will suffice.

I MIGHT put a King Steelset on a DJ bike, but I'd NEVER put a standard King on a DJ'er. No way. My first choice for a DJ bike has to be the FSA PIG. Cheap and durable. Heck I was going to put one on the commuter rig just for fun.

I run a King on my trail bike, but it'll never see the level of abuse that a DJ bike would put on it
