Is there such a thing as 6 bolt hubs with 45mm flange?

Was thinking of picking some up (if they exist) and mixing with some leftover parts in the garage. Does this exist?

thanks

Switching a set of cross wheels to disc compatible. I would use the same rims and spokes, would just need to replace the hubs.
