Yup, just a SS chain-ring and a guide. Or the cheaper/logical way and just buy a guide and remove the two unwanted chain-rings. Your current chain-ring should work fine. Or if you're more logical than vain, use the set screws on your derailer to set it in place where you want it, and let it be the guide.* No cost involved.
Nothing against using a guide of course. Just throwing out logical options for anyone who would rather get the usable life out of the current parts and save perfectly good parts from the landfill.
*A guide will work better if you're doing some Serious riding, but if your current derailer works fine at keeping the chain on the correct ring then it will continue to do so under those same riding conditions no matter how many other rings are on the crank.
