What year is this Cannondale?

I was given this Cannondale by my friend and I was wondering what year is was? He couldn't remember and I was hoping that someone here could help me.

The key to that bike is the head shock. If it's still in good shape and if it's the right size, take it and ride the crap out of it.

Wow, I didn't realize that after you identified the year no one was supposed to comment on the bike the OP just received.
