"waterproof" mountain bike shoes
I'm needing some ideas on some decent "waterproof" shoes. I've got Northwave Celsius Arctic for the winter, but i'm looking for something when it's warmer. This is for my flat bar road bike that I use for commuting. I've got some decent Shimano's, but water comes up from the bottom when I'm wearing booties. I know I could seal the bottom up, but that would mean I have less ventilation in the summer. FYI the Celsius shoes rock in the winter, wearing them down to 0 fahrenheit with woolie boolie socks and perfectly comfortable, as long as i'm peddling to keep the blood circulating. Now if only I could find some gloves that would go down that low in temperature.
