Hey guys, new here. Just thought I'd say hello.

I used to ride quite a bit when I was younger and decided recently to get back into mountain biking. Juts bought a Felt Virtue a couple weeks ago and though I'd join a forum to get some info and see what you all are riding.

So, hello and thanks for having me.

The bike...

Welcome to the forum! Is your bike a Virtue 50? I've seen one before, but haven't ridden.

Got to ride a Virtue on a felt demo night not too many years back. Was very impressed. Waited and waited for them to come out with the 8" EquiLink DH rig. And waited . . . and waited . . . .

Welcome!

Welcome aboard to the fun side. Felt has made a huge leap into the bike world. I see more and more of them.

Where do you live? And where the heck did you get that garage door? I've seen tons of painted ones. I like playing with wood. That door is a beaut! Bike looks ready to take on anything.

Thanks man! I'm in the Bay Area, CA. It came with the house when we bought it. It was untreated so i put a few coats of sealer on it and it really brought out the wood. The bike is set up very nicely, the guy who I bought it from took really good care of it! Cant wait to get out on some more trails with it.

Tons of good trails out there, though you may be portaging you bike via petro burner. See if you can find a guy named Brian Lopes out there. He is famous for his hidden trails.

Yeah, where i live there is definitely nothing to ride to. I know of quite a few from when i used to ride. I also know one of the guys at my LBS really well and he is going to take me out to show me some more.
