Sea Otter Classic?
Just wondering waht yall thought bout the sea otter classic and if it is worth driving from sacramento,ca to monterey,ca to check it out

Great event. We have been going/racing for the last 5 years. All avid cyclists should try and get there at least once. Even my wife and daughter have a blast. Lots of fun stuff to do and ride and yes, some of the vendors will give out free stuff.
Be sure to bring your bike and you can ride the drops they set up. Any where from 2' to 6' or 8' ( forgot how high the biggest one is). They also have a section for dj'ing. And if that is not your cup-o-tea then go on the fun ride they have.
If you plan on staying over night I suggest getting rooms now.

I plan to make the trip some year. Not this one though. Its a bad time of year to try to get away from whistler

for three years, that is what has made my life wroth living for. and, if you go into the expo area, there are free stickers and small stuff like that, but nothing big. lots of stuff to buy, and lots o' fun.
