With the growing popularity of Fat Bikes. Do you think they will become the regular known MT bike. Where all the existing regular mt bikes will be come extinct and everyone will ride Fat Bikes?

No. because they're both niche bikes. Fat bikes are fun, but most people who buy fat bikes already have an xc bike, or a trail bike, or a dh bike, or all of the above. I think they're a blast, but if I could only have one mtn bike, a fat bike would not be it.

What is the regular known MT bike? I don't think there has been such a thing since the mid-to-late 1990s.

No, but I do hope to add one as bike #5 next winter. If I had to trim the bikes down to 4, I would keep a FB rather than a SS, but I'd still rather have my regular MTB, road bike, and touring than a FB(though the roadie is getting less and less use, so that may well change since the FB would provide better year-round cycling...). As Canker said, it's mostly a fun n+1 bike.

The actual fatbike probably no.

However the fatbike has created some interesting stuff like the 29+ which is effectively a 29er with 3" tires. I do believe some variance brought forth by fatbike will be adopted into the more mainstream mountain biking. Maybe we'll see 3" tires on downhill bikes or fattying in the all mountain scene. I guess it will very much depend on the terrain. It would be sensible to choose a tire according to terrain and not just the tread pattern but the width also.
One change I would gladly welcome is way more tire clearance. I want to fit 3" in my 29er AND suspension fork without having to buy specialized equipment. Because seriously 3 inches is not such a big deal and likely would not affect the handling with thinner tires if designed correctly.

A full squish fatbike would be something to see though.

No way. Too much of a niche thing for a specific purpose. It'd be like DJs or downhill bikes replacing all other mountain bikes. They're great for their intended purpose, but suck for other purposes...one of which is the kind of riding that the vast majority of mountain bikers do.

No, and I am going to the lbs this weekend to buy one! My new pugsley will become my summer babe (winter version). My mtb will remain my ride of choice for singletrack.

A FS trail bike that I haven't gotten around to buying yet, my current DJ mutt and a fatbike. They look cool to play with.

Really? There are swathes of the earths surface populated by mtb riders where it never snows. You could ride it in sand I guess but why?

No. I'm too much of tightwad and replacing the tires/wheels would more than likely see me spending the night in the Cardiac unit at the local hospital. A pair of Surly Nates cost almost as much as what I paid for my Kona
