Early to mid 2000's Trek Elite 9.8 that's been repainted and had a new Trek sticker put on it.
The IS disc brake mounts put it in the 2000's, the late 90's models had 22mm disc brake mounts, 2006 and onwards didn't have v-brake mounts.

It mightn't even be a Trek frame, it looks like it could be one but there's no guarantees that it is.
Trek decals aren't too hard to find if you want to turn a frame into a Trek.
