Bikes: Lots of English 3-speeds, a couple of old road bikes, 3 mountain bikes, 1 hybrid, and a couple of mash-ups

2000 Marin Bear Valley ?

I found a Marin Bear Valley for $100. It is in very good condition, but the seat, seat post (shock), and stem (silver riser) have been are replacements. The derailers and shifters are Deore. The frame is steel and feels pretty light. Should I jump on this (it is my size)? I'm not sure I need another bike, but I may sell it.

Good idea . . . buy it for 100 and flip it at your next yard sale for 75.

Nice smart*** comment, but I was asking a serious question. Is this a decent bike? If not, no problem.

That'll depend on the condition of it.
